Our Guarantee

If Auto-Fill ESG fails to deliver audit-ready answers within 7 days of your data upload, or if any answer is rejected by your customer's auditor due to missing citations, we will refund 100% of your annual subscription and provide free manual remediation until your next questionnaire is accepted.

This guarantee applies to all Early Shield and Early Fortress subscribers during the pre-sales campaign period.

Terms and Conditions

1. Service Agreement

By subscribing to Auto-Fill ESG, you agree to use the service in accordance with these terms. The service provides AI-powered ESG questionnaire automation with source citation verification.

2. Early Adopter Pricing

Early Shield and Early Fortress pricing is limited to the specified number of companies. Once slots are filled, standard pricing applies. Early adopter pricing is locked for the duration of your subscription.

3. Data Security

All data uploaded to Auto-Fill ESG is encrypted and stored securely. We maintain SOC 2 compliance and follow industry best practices for data protection.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are available per our guarantee terms. Standard refund requests must be made within 30 days of subscription start. Early adopter subscriptions are subject to the guarantee terms outlined above.

5. Limitation of Liability

Auto-Fill ESG is provided "as is" without warranties. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the subscription. We are not responsible for business decisions made based on our service outputs.
